Carrie Christiano, CPRW, CPCC is a resume writer, career coach, speaker, and founder of Empower Career Studio. She helps professionals take control of their careers with more confidence and better strategy. 

With a background in talent acquisition, recruiting, and career coaching, she brings a dual perspective to her work, understanding both what employers are looking for and what job seekers need to stand out. 

Her experience includes recruiting roles with companies such as IBM and LexisNexis, and her own career pivot began after being laid off during the 2009 economic downturn. That was a turning point that led her into outplacement services and ultimately revealed her calling as a champion for candidates.

Carrie’s expertise lies in helping people move from passive job seeking to intentional career search. Through her work as a career coach, resume writer, LinkedIn profile expert, and sought-after AI trainer and presenter, she teaches professionals how to use modern tools in practical, human-centered ways. 

Her mission is simple: to help people stop feeling stuck, overlooked, or uncertain and start making smart, confident decisions about what comes next.
